临夏州民营经济发展暨优化营商环境大会

2019年8月5日，甘肃兰亚铝业有限公司受邀参加了在临夏州委举办的“临夏州民营经济发展暨优化营商环境大会”，会议由州委副书记、州长马相忠主持，郭鹤立书记出席并讲话。
甘肃兰亚铝业有限公司董事长马志龙代表全州民营企业家在会上做了交流发言，结合兰亚铝业自身发展情况，就民营企业发展中普遍遇到的困难及需要得到的帮助做出了汇报。

             

 

郭书记书记对兰亚铝业的发展成果作出了高度评价，就民营企业对我州经济建设作出的贡献做出了充分肯定。
郭鹤立强调，发展民营经济，重中之重是营商环境。要坚持多轮驱动、多措并举，营造便捷、高效、透明、法治、可预期的营商环境，尽心竭力为民营企业创造发展条件、千方百计为民营企业排忧解难、担当负责为民营企业撑腰鼓劲。以更大的决心、更强的力度、更优的环境、更实的举措扶持民营经济、优化营商环境，努力把临夏打造成民营经济和民营企业发展的乐园，为富民兴临贡献民企力量。


马相忠在主持讲话中强调，各级各部门要把促进民营经济发展、营造良好营商环境摆在更加重要的位置，全面落实促进民营经济发展的各项决策部署，进一步强化政策扶持、金融支持和人才科技支持，积极主动地帮助企业解决经营发展中的现实问题，努力把临夏打造成民营经济发展的乐园。民营企业家要抓住当前国家扶持民营经济的政策机遇和临夏大发展的现实机遇，进一步坚定发展信心，提升经营管理，不断做大做强，努力实现更好更快发展、展现更大的担当作为。
