关于生产工艺及环保措施的公告


一、企业简况
我公司2001年始建于兰州市安宁区，2004年成立甘肃康广铝型材有限公司，在此基础上投资2.8亿元人民币，占地面积132亩，重新组建而成的甘肃兰亚铝业有限公司，是集铝型材技术的开发、设计、生产、销售和安装为一体的股份制大型企业。公司总部设在甘肃省省会兰州，生产基地位于甘肃省人民政府与2006年12月31日，以甘政函【2006】97号文件批复的五大经济开发区之一的甘肃东乡经济开发区（兰州南42公里处）。公司先后于2007年完成了可行性研究报告及环评的编著，于2008年由临夏州环保局评审批复，并于2013年通过临夏州环保局的验收【临州环验（2013）8号】。
公司的生产设备属目前国内外最先进的电泳喷漆、粉末喷涂、隔热断桥、氟碳漆喷涂、喷砂、幕墙、木纹转印型材生产线。一百多个系列1000多种产品，完全满足市场上的各种需求。通过几年的努力，公司生产的【兰亚】牌铝合金建筑型材，获得甘肃名牌产品，甘肃省著名商标，甘肃省百强企业，甘肃省AAA信用企业，通过ISO9001质量体系认证、OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证。通过甘肃省采用国际标准验收合格颁发的证书。兰亚铝型材系列产品获得甘肃省用户满意产品，甘肃省质量协会通过国家质量协会向全国用户推荐产品，被中国中轻产品质量保障中心评中国著名品牌，被中国国际名牌发展会和中国建材市场专业评估委员会评为全国工程建材首选品牌100家重点扩广示范单位，销售部门获得甘肃省用户满意班组，董事长被授予甘肃省用户满意杰出者、甘肃省质量协会副会长。
随着公司产品的不断更新换代，产品表面处理技术要求的提高，
公司于2015年底投资近500万元，对原有污水处理站进行升级改造，改造工程已于2016年5月投入使用，并委托兰州清华园环保科技有限公司甘肃华鼎环保科技有限公司运营，确保工业废水达标排放。
